What about salary?

PHB offers a very attractive compensation package to analysts. It includes a base salary component, a bonus, eligibility to the profit sharing program and significant increases as analysts are promoted (typically on an annual basis). Our compensation is competitive with other firms in our industry - although not with those who routinely expect their employees to do 60-70 hour weeks. We expect our employees to work hard, but we also want you to have a life outside the office. Furthermore, salaries within a grade level are identical, regardless of the employee's background or office.
