Do analysts come back to PHB and become associates?

Some do, but the nature of our firm and our commitment to associate development is such that there are far fewer associates than analysts hired in any given year, so there are fewer opportunities. We do encourage top-performing analysts to consider returning upon completion of their graduate studies.
