William E. Dickenson
President & Chief Executive Officer

William Dickenson applies his consulting and business experience to both complex litigation matters and clients' strategic business issues. In the litigation arena, Mr. Dickenson assists clients and their counsel in designing litigation strategies, conceptualizing damages approaches, selecting experts and managing large case teams in the development of expert testimony in liability and damages assessments. He has participated in major antitrust, intellectual property and contract litigations and arbitrations as well as regulatory and rate-setting proceedings. He has had significant roles in several well-known litigation matters, such as Polaroid v. Kodak, Apple v. Microsoft, AMD v. Intel and Memorex v. IBM.

Mr. Dickenson also advises clients on management and operating issues. Most recently, he advised the senior management of multinational law firms on issues of firm strategy, structure and profitability.

Previously, Mr. Dickenson managed major antitrust litigation and consulting assignments at Dickenson, O'Brien & Associates, which he founded, and at Cambridge Research Institute. He also served in a variety of positions at the Tennessee Valley Authority.

Mr. Dickenson earned both a B.S. in aerospace engineering and an M.B.A. from the University of Tennessee.
