
Ms. Fitzgibbon provides consulting services to interdisciplinary teams on the strategic management of individual sites as well as portfolios of sites. This work includes prioritizing actions and maximizing the value of environmental expenditures in the changing regulatory environment. She trains engineers, managers and attorneys on how to identify and support cost-effective environmental solutions.
Before joining PHB, Ms. Fitzgibbon was a regulatory policy analyst in the Office of Economic Policy at FERC. She also has six years of experience in the oil and gas industry at Conoco in positions including strategic planning, natural gas sales and engineering.
Ms. Fitzgibbon received a B.S. in chemical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and an M.B.A., with honors, from the Graduate School of Business Administration, Harvard University.
