Ilene S. Friedland
Principal
Ilene Friedland has extensive experience providing economic and financial analysis in commercial litigation disputes. As a litigation expert, she focuses on damages estimation and liability assessment involving management and accounting issues, with particular emphasis on intellectual property, breach of contract and valuation matters. Ms. Friedland has been instrumental in developing damages models and managing economic and accounting studies in support of expert witness testimony. She has also assisted clients who are involved in complex litigation matters with case management and strategy. She has completed assignments in such diverse areas as biotechnology, health care and computer technology.
Ms. Friedland was previously a senior financial analyst with Teknowledge, Inc., where she was responsible for the software firm's budgeting and forecasting. She received a B.S. in business administration from Bucknell University and an M.B.A. from the University of Santa Clara.
