Ms. Johnson has directed analysis and developed expert testimony on commercial damages evaluation in cases involving intellectual property disputes, breach of contract claims and allegations of business interruption. She has testified regarding data analysis procedures underlying damages assessment. She has also analyzed the competitive impacts of certain free-trade measures. Ms. Johnson has significant experience in the management of complex cases requiring both litigation support and the support of many experts, and she has trial and arbitration experience in Canada as well as the United States.

Before joining PHB, Ms. Johnson was with Bankers Trust Company, where she analyzed and marketed a variety of financial instruments and oversaw a large number of investor relationships. Previously, she was an internal consultant for Morgan Guaranty Trust, where she evaluated bank operations and profitability.

Ms. Johnson received a B.S., with distinction, in commerce from the McIntire School of Business at the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin.
