
Mr. McFarlane has consulted on a diverse array of legal disputes including patent and trademark infringement, bid rigging, condemnation, breach of fiduciary duty, environmental contamination, legal malpractice, antitrust, breach of contract, lender liability, securities fraud, marital dissolution, business interruption, fraud, personal injury, bankruptcy, false advertising, theft of trade secret and wrongful death. His work has spanned various industries including biotechnology, telecommunications, timber, restaurant franchising, health care, oil and gas, construction, software, banking, automobile dealerships, manufacturing, electronics, maritime, housing, gasoline retailing, entertainment, trucking, agriculture, asset management and computer hardware.
Prior to joining PHB, Mr. McFarlane was a manager in the litigation services practice of Price Waterhouse. Mr. McFarlane is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant. He received a B.A. in accounting from the University of Washington.
