
Dr. Page has extensive experience in PHB's commercial litigation and electric utility practice areas. Her commercial litigation work has examined the competitive dynamics of high-technology industries, including microprocessors, computer hardware, computer software, pharmaceuticals and telecommunications. Using her background in both liability and damages analysis, Dr. Page frequently works on complex litigation involving the interaction between intellectual property protection and antitrust enforcement.
In her utility work, Dr. Page assists clients in understanding the nature of competition in their markets. She has particular expertise in the analysis of utility mergers and the assessment of the potential for competitive behavior in energy markets. Dr. Page has developed analysis to support testimony on a variety of issues related to electricity competition and industry restructuring.
Dr. Page holds a B.A., magna cum laude, in economics from Carleton College, and a Ph.D., also in economics, from Harvard University.
